Using the Ardipen, a specially designed pen, children can listen to the stories while exploring the illustrations, making learning fun and interactive.
How does it work?
Ardibook works by using the Ardipen, which is equipped with OID (Optical Identification) technology. When the Ardipen touches specific areas on the pages of the Ardibook, it recognizes the content and plays the corresponding audio. This allows children to interact with the book, hear the story, and even learn new words, all while exploring the illustrations.
Will my Ardipen read all new books?
Yes, your Ardipen is designed to read all Ardibook titles, including new releases. However, you may need to update your Ardipen to ensure it is compatible with the latest books.
How do I update Ardipen?
Updating your Ardipen is simple. Connect your Ardipen to your computer using the USB cable provided. Visit the Ardibook website, go to the “Updates” section, and download the latest content files. Follow the instructions to upload the new data to your Ardipen.
How do I activate a new book?
To activate a new Ardibook, simply tap the Ardipen on the cover of the book. The pen will recognize the book and automatically load the relevant content. Make sure your Ardipen is updated to the latest version to ensure compatibility with the newest books.
Why is my Ardipen speaking the wrong content?
If your Ardipen is speaking the wrong content, it means that another book is being read without being activated first. Please make sure to activate the book by tapping the Ardipen on the cover of the new book before using it.
What are the payment options?
We offer the following payment options:
• Online Payment: Pay using ARCA, MasterCard, Visa, or Amex through our secure payment system. IDRAM is also accepted.
• Cash Payment: Pay in cash when your order is delivered by the courier. All payments are accepted only in Armenian Drams (AMD).
